garbage dog is substantially dog-reactive and her initial cat tests were tepid at best and she is in the nadir of her bratty adolescence (SUCH a fun time scrubbing her heat-blood out of our couch) and furthermore has the "will need 2 hrs of daily exercise and to be put on an escalating curriculum of puzzle feeders for her entire life" body type/dog iq combo; in sum she is way too much dog for this family; we were holding out for a big dozy 3-year-old idiot beefcake; however she and i have been training and hanging out for four straight days and now this is how she sits and waits when i have left a given room

#god DAMMIT #garbage dog #the rescue org we've fostered for before for is more thoroughly dog-testing her later this week and may take her on #and then she'd stay our foster until she finds a family #but uhhh as mentioned she's probably gonna fail that test so! i don't have a backup plan that isn't falling in love #i do think i could probably teach her the talking buttons. that would be fun.#chat about our dreams
