Feeling really fucking annoyed in recognizing that my interaction with the nurse yesterday triggered me when it’s like. I avoid getting weighed unless absolutely necessary but for some reason let her talk me into getting on the scale, and on its own weighing more than I last thought I had isn’t really a problem but I think her doing “I’ll take off a pound or two for you” did fuck with my head a bit and now I’m like. Is something wrong. When like…not really! I’m staying on top of personal training and eating relatively well and my health metrics are all good but FUCK it did get to me.
