New plants (silk) for the fish tank. All the little babies are super happy to have more space to hide. 🐟❤️
This little guy isn’t finished, but I’m waiting on the person to decide which positioning she wants the betta in. He’s based off her pet betta. This, however, is my favorite positioning, so I wanted to get a picture of it. He’s on a 5 x 7 canvas. Please visit my Instagram HERE for more pieces like this.
I legit want to cry at how much easier it is for me to make my 3D betta pieces now that I’ve discovered UV curing resin. Quick photo of my most recent custom commission. I am open for customs. Please click HERE for the commission info page.
I’ve been going through all my old pieces while I pack. Expect a few new things on my Storenvy for very cheap. This guy is over a year old, so my fish look a LITTLE better in my opinion, hahah. I was trying a more durable ornament design for my fish with this project. The fish is clay and the background is translucent resin that looks so pretty when held up to the light. I then covered the fish in resin to attach it to the resin backing. My idea was for these to be hung on trees with lights behind it, or car rear-view mirrors so they could catch the light. You could also wear it as a necklace. Definitely might re-visit this design, and I’d love to do custom pieces if people would want this design.
Most recent finished piece! This little guy was another learning situation. I love how Crown-tail betta look, but it’s definitely a challenge to sculpt them in clay. I really do enjoy how they look in potted plants on the clear sticks.
Fish climbing the side of a building. I wonder what they were trying to convey or what went into this design decision. Still, it is an interesting sight.
I added some really soft silk plants to the betta fish tank. Not sure if i will keep them in there exact position but i wanted to add more barrier between the fish plus give them a place to hide behind. Also any positioning advice would be welcome. I am horrible at decorating but i wanted to give the boys some cover and something new. Apollo (top right in photo) seems to like his plant. Dash was a scared at first but he seems to be okay with it now.
