Week 3: Weigh In
Starting weight (11.28.18)- 221 lbs or 100.24 Kilos
Current Weight (1.14.19) - 217 lbs or 98.42 Kilos
Goal weight: 150 lbs or 68.04 kilos
Not much progress this week. I wasn’t completely focused on my diet and exercise as I had been the previous two weeks and I honestly think it has to do with getting ready to back and start the second semester. I had to order my textbooks, as well as other things and I, was a little stressed. Hopefully, once I’m back on campus, I’ll be able to settle into my routine and balance out a healthy lifestyle.
How do I feel? Again, I feel mildly stressed and a little bummed that I didn’t show much progress, but today is a fresh start. I hope this week will go better and I’ll continue with my weight loss.
