It was actually a pretty challenging task. oAo He was constantly swimming around checking out his new digs (I just got him a bigger tank yesterday!) so it was a combination of waiting for him to get right in front of the tank, not be moving, and hoping my camera made the shot right. After 15+ minutes, this was probably the best picture I got, but I'm still not satisfied with it. I don't think it shows how pretty he really is. >_< I'm going to keep trying for a nice one though. c: Ohh but ah, tell me about your fish! OAO You have more than one boy? I'd love to hear about your tank set up and know what they look like. If you have the patience for that anyway. xD

I really want to get a goldfish again.. but my apartment is way too small to fit in a filtered tank. OTL I miss having fishes..

I swear everytime I come home my goldies are spawning. They seem to spawn every week -.- I have no more room for babies atm so I've just been letting them nom the eggs atm. And the fry I hatched back in May who is seven months old is a confirmed male. Baby Izoku is all grown up with his breeding stars galore D': like no you're so young stop YOU'RE STILL A BABY FISH TO ME.

you need just one good thing that doesn’t change and that can be there for you without the possibility of failing you; the aquarium’s never going to break your heart you know? and cas needed that; he needed something that dependable :”(

zkxjghksdg yes yes yes it's like this tranquil place that's sort of suspended in time because nothing else matters when you're there, and cas isn't like the rest of his family and he can't hack it all the time so he needs to get away. but the thing about cas is that he'll never want to to tie people down with his problems so he'll keep them bundled up and try to deal with them himself, and it's not like fish can break his trust or hurt his feelings so it's a safe haven.
