Despite not having a perfect week in terms of steps (due to the snow for the most part), I can safely say that it's been a good week overall. 5 out of 7 good days of eating, reaching my water goals every day this week, getting to my FitPoints goal and getting 109,067 steps overall 😊😊😊 Starting today, I'm making changes: - Changed my steps goal from 15,000 to a more manageable 12,000 - Changed some of my activity goals to make them more realistic - Switching weight watchers meetings to either Monday mornings or Tuesday mornings Feeling like some new goals and adjustments are needed and I am setting to do all that 😊😊😊
