Whole 30 Day One
My first day of Whole30 is successfully in the books!
Breakfast was a Smoky Sweet Potato Hash. Super delicious (can be seen on my instagram (username: melsuedavis)).
Lunch was at Jason’s Deli...not part of my original plan. Ordered a Nutty Salad with no cheese and ate around the dried cranberries.
Snacks were a couple larabars and an apple with almond butter.
Last, but not least, was a yummy bowl of Chocolate Chili (http://meljoulwan.com/2009/02/22/my-favorite-chili-recipe/).
