Not comfortable posting selfies but as I may need to reinvent myself, I should probably get used to it.
Monday CrossFit 50kg snatch + 1.5 rounds at 35kg. I’m struggling with the sprint wods and fast weighted reps. Just unfit. I entered the September Strava 5, 10 and half marathon challenges so went for a 10km run because it’s the last day of the month. I’ll do the half marathon next month.
Friday CrossFit. 40kg scaled.
Thursday rest day. Some incline chest press and single leg curls and extensions and barbell squats. Killing time in the gym. I really wanted to run today but someone switched on summer today and I didn’t feel like running in the midday heat.
CrossFit Monday. Really wasn’t feeling it today. Not a huge fan of fast barbell WODs.
Sunday rest day. Some chin ups, incline dumbbell chest, single leg leg extensions, bike crunches and a very relaxed 10 minute walk on the treadmill.
Rest day workout. Some core work on the floor and TRX, some handstand practice and 10 minutes of walking on the treadmill.
Today’s CrossFit. Not really sure how to log the score on this one but I probably averaged 1.5 minutes to spears each round. Scaled to 15kg DB.
