My FAV. day of the week is.... Can ya guess?! - Woke up early to get back to my morning routine & the ladies in my #fitandfullproject who are SLAYIN’ it with their health journeys right now. 🙌🏽💪🏽 ALWAYS so inspired by the ones who are just starting out🤗 - So I got my butt in gear & pressed play on my workout too, (played with Lola at the same time😂 Bc she always interrupts my workouts), And then chose to clock out & bring my MAN some lunch at the RV!🚃 (Sandwich for him, smoothie for me🍧) - Does it get any better than this?! LITERALLY CELEBRATING RIGHT NOW🎉 Because... - #1. My man is HOME (& told me he’s been working out on the road😭🙌🏽) #2. It’s been SUCH a productive morning! (Workout done, groceries bought, breakfast made, AND even got some work in;)) #3. It’s my FIRST ever Monday where I’m NOT going in to work somewhere for someone else🙈 #4. The #fitandfullproject launches TODAY🤩 (and I get to welcome all my new babes to the group!) - NO excuses for this girl🙅🏼‍♀️ because it’s not like you just wake up and start running a business overnight. gotta GET to work, if I want it to work! REGISTRATION is officially OPEN!!!! 🎉🎉🎉 - My virtual bootcamp: a.k.a. The #fitandfullproject is READY for some new faces to join us... and I could NOT be more excited💗 - I’m taking on 20 NEW clients this month - to help get started on THEIR own journey to health&happiness😇 - {never before have I been able to offer THIS many spots...😱but as time goes on, our bootcamp grows, and my ability to take care of my new ladies, is growing too!😍 (You’ll know why soon;) - This week I shared my story in a workshop I hosted... and never before have I realized, how truly FAR I’ve come not only in fitness, but also in confidence of WHO I am. - Never before would I have imagined being this woman on the right, that I am today. - To be honest, back on the left, I didn’t even think a life or a body that I loved (this much) was possible for me. - What I want you to know is that my groups aren’t about sharing ways to stick to a “diet” — Because health shouldn’t BE a diet. It’s a lifestyle. And the ONLY Reason I’m here today, is because I’ve learned from the best- HOW to transition healthy habits into a lifestyle. It’s not about calories. Or finding the RIGHT label for your mean plan. No cutting out food groups here✌🏽or starving yourself to try and look like the next top model. - My goal for YOU, is to share something that’s sustainable & freakin’ FUN! - The point of life is to ENJOY the party🎉 (at least I think so) So this month I want to teach you how to find true FREEDOM with your relationship to food & ditch the diet. But have i told you about my fit-fam???💁🏼‍♀️ A.k.a. My sisters in empowerment, daily muscle building sesh’s with absolutely NO shame✌🏽, the most DELISH smoothie recipes you’ll ever find, and also occasional treat yo-self nights w/ ice cream & French fries!?👭👭👭 Yep. We go through it all- TOGETHER. And it’s ALMOST time for me to open up this sisterhood for even MORE beautiful souls to join us🙌🏽 ________________________ But In the mean time- THIS is what’s been going on this week in our fitness bootcamps... 🌸“My skin has been more clear from eating better even just after a week! It’s the little things 🙂” 🌺“Every day I’m becoming more and more confident in my own skin because I know I’m working towards a healthier me, I may not be perfect but everyday I’m getting a little bit stronger!” 🌼“I’m noticing triceps and I didn’t know those existed in my body!😂😂” Basically blown away over here.🤩 (Just watched a WAY too dramatic movie that gave me all the feels.😂) But my fit-fam is what really does it on the daily🙌🏽 Reading through their non scales brings me back. To BE in their spots and know what kind of weight these words carry.
