##iWalk Results. We got in over 17 miles and over 36,000 steps this morning #Eagles. In a recent post I mentioned “#iWalk in all emotional, physical and spiritual state which I may be in. And you know what when I finish I always feel 100% better. “. I do feel better! Thank You everyone for yours prayers and for being with me virtually along today’s walk. It was and, still is tough going. The struggle of keeping of the health triad ( mind, body and spirit ) aligned and balanced is real. There is so much negativity coming in from every direction. The COVID-19 pandemic is no joke; it’s real and it is killing people young and old in populations that look like me. The violence in our various cities that is connected to the increased shootings of unarmed people of color is playing out on the news and in the presidential race election is real. The senseless and seemingly random shootings in and around Chicago, wounding and killing so many innocent kids, is real. The fires out on the West Coast are real. The storms down South and on the East Coast are real. These numerous negative “reals” are taking its toll on many, and yes me too nIt’s feels like nagging drips of water. My walking is my balancer and coping mechanism. What is yours #Eagles? I know it’s all going to work out because I am a believer in THE ONE! But I also believe sometime you got to push it out of your psyche; that is s we hat I did for myself this morning. Hopefully my openness and transparency to share will help and inspire someone else who is uncomfortable to be so open. #WakandaForever! #AndrewStrong #FitAt60 #ExcusesDontBurnCalories #WalkingInVictory #HealthIsWealth #ExercisingTheAbilityAndThePrivilegeToExercise #SigmasWalk #TheyCallMeProfessorCarr #LiveLoveLaughLearnOnPurpose (at North Aurora, Illinois) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFDJV8Qh7YAr7rhYLyQwzgx6rZVdPqxT-67Xo00/?igshid=7lf3jh0xht8p
