Gym stuff: Fit-cember (12/16/12)
Was late for Gymnastics so I didn't par-take :P
instead did a wod and some pull up skill work.

It was okay...however my lack of oly lifting means that most of my technique has gone out the window...in other words, I was resting the bar too much on my thumb joint...area thingy and not enough on my hand. Thank goodness it was only 65#...
anyways, time to shower and maybe do a bit of homework before dinner.

Gym stuff: fitcember 12/15/12
My slow reintroduction to weights/oly lifting Squat: 3x5 @ 175# (45-75-105-140) Power cleans: 3x3 @ 110 (35-75-95-110) L-sit practice Metcon: 5 rounds for time of: 5 power cleans @95# 10 toes to bar 15 jumping squats Time: 14:14. TTB was the worst part...but I'm slowly getting better at them. Tomorrow is a gymnastics skill day...should be interesting. Happy Saturday all.
Gym stuff: Fit-cember (12/08/12)
Okay...finally starting to get back into the groove of working out. I had a good two weeks off after the comp and now it's back to work. my starting weight was higher than I wanted it to be (I actually gained about 7lbs since my Feb comp. part of it was muscle but lets not kid ourselves) so...yea. New thing to work on. Anyways! Back to Metcons to get used to chippers and get my stamina backup, and then will re-introduce strength training in the new year (I'm not avoiding it completely, but I'm scaling everything back to 75% until Jan).
