Made my fiancé his first full shake tonight. Not just a sip and to entice him to the herbaside. I played to his weakness, pumpkin. So our dinner tonight is white chocolate sugar free pudding mix, cinnamon and pumpkin spice. His exact words "I'll do dinners with you like this if every one of them is this delicious. I haven't worn this top in over 2 years but after my jeans fell off me this morning, I thought I would just try it on and see how it fit. And it actually fit! It didn't pull awkwardly over my belly or ride up! 😊 I love seeing how clothes fit better already and I can't wait to keep shrinking! I was inspired by a post on the MyFitnessPal blog that shared the story of a woman who had run every day for over 2 years. I'm not quite up to running yet but I can start by walking every day. Last night was day 1 of my streak. It was very hot and humid yesterday so I waited until after dark to walk and I took my pup with me (partially to tire him out but mostly for protection). We ended up walking 2.5 miles and plan on doing it again tonight and every day after. Tonight's workout was another challenge but I feel so great! I ended up picking up heavier weights than I planned. My limbs feel like jelly and I'm definitely going to be struggling tomorrow but it is so worth it! I keep surprising myself with my strength and perseverance. My motivation sucks sometimes. Getting started is the WORST but that's my secret. I've developed a Pavlovian response to 2000's Hip Hop.
