Yesterday morning I woke up with no no I’ve gone and done it again over exercised because I spent 70 minutes using a weighted hulahoop and now I was paying the price, getting my cold back. This morning I woke up after I’m not a particularly good nights sleep up several times in the night but feeling slightly better.You might have watched a short video of me exercising on a train beforehand on the platform I did 40 push-ups. Even on a day like today where I’m taking off I’m not ready exercising apart from the few exercises I do. In my opinion if you want to have a young metabolic age you have to learn to keep your body moving every single day of the week. It’s not about exercising hard every day, even on rest days it’s important to be moving in one way or other. While I thought this was a HUGE oversight (no pun intended), I think it's pretty cool she's trying to rectify it...as the majority of the world's population of women probably wouldn't be able to purchase her line based off of their available sizes.

When going into fashion, one should think of accommodating all sizes--that way, your customer feels good, the designer feels good and the company putting it out makes their money.

Of course, once this larger line goes out my credit card is gonna have a love/hate relationship with me.
