We are one week out from #blackpanther and I can hardly contain myself after seeing all the trailers and hearing the OST. So you know I had to do a Fit For Friday for the king and then I thought screw it let's do two! So this week we'll be concentrating on a strength training routine for aspiring wakanda warriors and next week will be combos for a black panther style kickboxing. Tachala is by every extent a peak physical athlete and scholar. In his comic he demonstrates excellence in any sport he attempts, he has multiple degrees in physics, he is a master every martial art in Africa, firearms, archery, hunting, and tracking. All if this was before he gained the powers of the panther god, dawning the mantle of the Black Panther. He gained the powers of enhanced strength, speed, durability, healing, and kinesthetic sense. He is no less then a beast posses a lean frame with incredible power capable of moving himself through 3 dimensional space with little to no difficulty. So this workout is going to be a strength circuit with plyometric elements.
