Costco gains. This is how lunch and/or dinner looks for me. Sundays are meal prep days because that's the only guaranteed day I'm in the house the longest. I keep things fairly simple. Most of my meals are proteins and veggies. I add in some carbs and fats towards the end of my day. With commuting to work for what seems like forever, spending most of the day at work, training, Koshi, etc., meal prep makes life easier for me. I can control what's going in. If I'm cutting weight (like I am now 🙃) I can pretty much determine where I should adjust. Moreover, at the end of a long day of commuting, work, training, and picking up the 4 legged kid, I'm not interested in fixing a meal. I usually want to eat, soak, and sleep. If I don't prep, I know I will always reach for a yogurt or protein shake for because they are convenient. There is nothing wrong with that, however, chewing and eating whole foods will most often keep you satiated. If you aren't doing it, try it. It may make things a little easier for your day to day. Plus, if you can cook well, it's almost guaranteed your food will taste better than a microwavable. #weightlifting #macros #mocros #nutrition #mealprep #health #fitness #fitmoo
