Performance Testing

Okayyy so actual wrestling stuff is coming up this week. Monday there’s a meeting which I’m kinda nervous about cause like half the kids don’t know this is something I’m doing. Um then I have performance testing sometime between Wednesday and Friday.

Ugh I’m actually pretty nervous, mostly about pull-ups and the mile run, I’m just worried I’m not gonna be able to preform up to standards.

I have to be able to do 2 pull-ups, and I can do 2 on a good day, and then a mile in 8:08 minutes, I have no idea what my mile time is and most times I run I have shin splints for days, so I don’t want to practice this close to it.
