I think the general idea of the plot is great, but somehow, it fell short on execution. Nevertheless, the Seventh Sun remains uniquely entertaining. Hour 17 - Routine and #Fitreaders

Routine:  So, aside from caffeine, how do you stay energized? How do you get over the hump? I’ve been swapping reading books with Audiobooks, I sort of run in 25 minute to 5 minute trade offs. I read for 25 minutes and listen for 5 minutes (I’m typing while I listen to Idaho each time.)

#Fitreaders do: I’m going to go and walk around the kitchen for a few minutes, get some sensation back into my feet!

Happy Friday! It's been a productive morning. I did 5 miles on the treadmill. Ive done 5 every morning this week. Hitting 15k steps at least. May have to bump that step goal up. Most of my blogging is done or will be for the new week. I'm beta reading my dad's book. I'm so curious to check it out. Happy Friday!!! I decided after doing 30 miles on the treadmill my body needed a break. I can't believe I did 30 in only 4 days. I'm proud of my work. I only did 3 this am but I'll catch the other two later in the day. Just felt my body needed a rest. Decided to do a little blogging for next week. Working on my new post for Mondays. I made my husband a peach & strawberry smoothie and decided it sounded so good I had to make myself one. It's been an awesome week, and we've got a busy weekend. Planning to trial run a cheesecake brownie for movie night. I'll be sure to share the recipe on my blog.
