So today I’m kicking off November with a BANG. First of all I didn’t want to start yesterday for a few reasons those being 1 the day after Halloween coma I found myself in and 2 it was Sunday fun day. So TODAY I tore out of bed at 6am for a great breakfast and tagged along with my sister in law to bring her kids to school. I ate all low carb high fat high fiber foods. I’m cutting out caffeine so I had only water and non sweetened almond milk.
My husband and I have been talking a great deal lightly about having a baby! We already know we will be buying a house in the spring so we really could conceive any time now and the timing would be great. But I absolutely do not want to get pregnant being unhealthy, or over weight. I’ve had a little bit up a weight gain over October with my brother and his family moving back to the state and spending so much down time with them and not in the gym. Last week we found out that my brother has MS and so far it’s been pretty severe. It’s really making me realize that I need to get myself back to being healthy, especially if I want to have a baby in the next year. I absolutely would hate to be putting the wrong kinds of food into my babies body.
So right now I’m not focusing on anything baby only getting myself healthy and in the right shape before even considering trying but we are having fun practicing lol.
