#Breakfast I've come to the conclusion that since I am such a busy bee, I will naturally sleep in until the afternoon on my days off. So. I've decided on such days that I will eat mostly fruit and carbs in the morning for a filling brunch. The sugars in the fruit will also provide energy. Once I hit the gym I will have a protein filled dinner and call it a night! I understand the importance of 3 meals a day, but sometimes with my schedule it just is not possible.
