I cant even take off my clothes, all my upper body is hurting. Can I sleep until tomorrow morning without bathing or is it very extreme? I'm considering it 😩😂

Also! Does anyone in here uses MyFitnessPal app? What are your thoughts about it?
After almost 3 years without practicing boxing today I went to take classes and oh my God what a class! Now I remember why I like this sport so much, I feel like I just had a day in the spa, totally relaxed.
I look forward to the pain in my shoulders tomorrow ☹️🤷🏽♀️
Last week I was so motivated for starting a new month and with it new goals that the whole week I was exercising and eating correctly...
It only lasted 7 days.
This week I haven’t done anything else besides eating pizza, drinking wine! (God help me) and watching crappy movies on Netflix. I’m trying to discover if this is like a patron because I tend to be so motivated for like 3 weeks and the rest can go to hell.
Maybe I don’t have discipline 🤷🏽♀️
How do you guys develop self discipline??
New month, new goals
- 7 pounds
Walk or run 6 times a week
25 squats x3 5 times a week
No sugar, no alcohol
One rest day to just sleep like crazy
Avoid food that causes me gases
Find a new sport to try
15 -20 minutes of cardio is better than nothing; move move move!
What do you guys think about working out while on vacation? I’ve never done it before but I think I will give it a try.
