Hellooo, hi, I'm BACK! I have another fella, and they are the last of the main fellas I have (got some side OCs but sshhh…. later.., I have not drawn them properly yet sshhhsshhhh..).

Lantern! (more specifically, Camping Lantern)

A Blackrockian under the Korblox Administration formerly from Playground (don't ask him how or why this happened, you will not get an answer <3). In his early 20s, and uses he/him pronouns!

Lantern is a junior environmental scientist, albeit, not a very good one, but he's trying and constantly improving. Frankly, it's a miracle he got the job in the first place, considering he had little to no official education and experience (luckily he has someone pulling the strings). Regardless of this, he can keep his head down and do his job sufficiently, and with the help of his supervisor - Radar - alongside spending his leisure time studying, he's able to catch up a bit with the others in his area.

Lantern is an aggreeable, polite, and adaptable inphernal, albeit, anxious, mildly paranoid, and a bit incompitent, but is more than happy to be of help to another nonetheless. He keeps to himself and tries not to bring attention to himself unless he's sought out to. Lantern's a quick learner, and as mentioned before, quite studious, educating himself in his own time if he happens to run into lapses in his work. Lantern is acutely aware that he is behind and works hard to be good enough to keep his position.

Lantern's handwriting is horrendous, he has to spend an extra few minutes neatening up his notes after work so that they're legible to others.

He is in debt to a certain inphernal, and is slowly paying it off.

Despite what Lantern claims, his gear is not an artificial one, it's the gear he spawned with - he just says it's artifical because he can't afford to get an actual artificial gear (transgear without transgear affirming care frfr 😔) and other undisclosed reasons.

He's good at lying, he doesn't abuse this skill don't worry. 😊

Lantern loves reading, though, as of now, he only has time to read for his studies.

Lantern was mostly self-taught prior to joining Blackrock.

Nobody knows much about Lantern before he moved to Blackrock, he immigrated from another region, but that's pretty much all that's known. (No one knows he's from Playground, but if those who pay enough attention to him probably put together that he hadn't spawned in Blackrock)

Lantern has PTSD, from what? That's for him to know… for now. ;]

Lantern is pretty strong, he could pick up another inphernal if he wanted to.

Interesting, so not many inphernals know he's not from Blackrock... hmm... does this have something to do with this mysterious benefactor 'pulling the strings'...

Anyway, here's one of my fellas to add to the mix:

Crossbow! (more specifically, Adventurous Assassin Crossbow)

A factionless Lost Templar formerly from Thieves' Den. Pronouns are She/He and she's around her mid-20s.

I have no art of him right now (over 2 years of having this gal and absolutely no up-to-date drawings man 💔 I'm working on all my OCs ref sheets I'll probably plop them here eventually), but I can say that she looks pretty similar to the Adventurous Assassin Bundle, + an oziphrage skull mask (when he's working, that is).

As her gear name suggests, yes, she goes on adventures, and yes, she is an assassin. She also does a couple things on the side like bounty hunting, Phighting, and helping out with her best friend's shop (I'll probably talk about Wizard Orb later)! You bet she's busy (maybe a bit too busy) basically every second of the day, and she loves it.

Crossbow is a bold, perfectionistic, fiercely independent, and dedicated inphernal, driven both by pride and desire to gain new experiences alongside sharpening her capabilities (and more often than not, testing her own limits - as a wise man named Markiplier said more than once: "I'm not a masochist".). Despite her little time with others, he's quite generous and playful, a bit teasing but kind-hearted nonetheless, all those gigs rack up a lot of bux, and she's more than willing to spend it on a treating herself and her friends every now and then (I say "friends" as if she has many, she, in fact, does not, lol).

Crossbow's missing a couple fingers on his right hand, said right hand is pretty damaged. Luckily he had the funds to get himself prosthetics.

How her hand got to that condition? Well, how do you think she got that oziphrage mask?

Speaking of which, she may or may not have a mild fear of large birds.

He's also ambidextrous!

Crossbow doesn't favour any specific groups (Darkage Clan, Redcliff Wranglers, Church of the TRUE EYE, etc.) nor associates with any, as long as you're paying her properly she doesn't mind.

That being said, he would be utterly offended if someone were to suggest that she does favour any group in particular. She's a gal driven by herself and herself only.

Crossbow's favourite colour is green.

She also likes plants, unfortunately her lifestyle doesn't really make her "plant-momma" material, nor does being in Lost Temple.

Adventurous Assassin Crossbow... clicked on the link and!! Oh my gosh, amazing gear choice, I've never actually seen this gear before but it looks so cool... wowzers...

Ahh so she's an assassin and a bounty hunter... does she work under someone or is he more of a hitman-for-hire type? ...or something else entirely? Either way, awesome... I love this archetype lol Aw, that's sweet of him to help out her friend... also Wizard Orb is a very kewl name... consider my interest peaked

Incurred damage or not, given the fact that oziphrages are twice the height of an inphernal, the idea that she successfully killed(? at least I assume that's what's being implied here) one is... rather scary... I will be staying on his good side thanks 😅

Ah, yeah, I can imagine living in the desert wouldn't exactly be the best environment for a gardener... except maybe if you were really into growing cacti....

Heyo! It's me again, with another OC, except I actually have his design finished this time. 🙏

Orb! (more specifically, Wizard Orb)

Another factionless Lost Templar, they're in their early 20s and use any pronouns!

She is (as the reference sheet states) a shop owner, and also a scam artist. It's 50/50 whether or not you're getting the real deal when you're buying his goods and services, but hey, the novelty of them and the sheer variety is enough to keep inphernals coming back for more. They do a mix of permanent establishment and travelling merchant-esque approaches in their business, but more often than not tend to stay within their shop rather than getting around to different audiences due to the risk of not having someone protecting the contents in the store. It's a fragile career, built almost entirely on reputation and the consumer experience, but it works, and Orb's pretty good at making sure is stays working.

Orb, frankly, is very sketchy and two-faced (both to keep the novelty of their business as well as some.. other things), not even their best friend Crossbow (and sometimes, Orb himself) knows whether or not Orb is being genuine sometimes. They have no problem manipulating things to his advantage when needed, and can often come off as nosy and insensitive. Though, along with his cunning and deceptive behaviour, he is a playful, teasing, and theatrical inphernal at heart who is perhaps a bit too curious about the inphernals around her.

While Orb may be unempathetic and have little care for those who may not benefit him in the short or long-term (at some times being hostile or exploiting them if they happen to not like those inphernals), their care for a very select few inphernals who know them personally, is genuine, and he'd do quite a lot for them.

The feathers on Orb's walking stick was a gift from Crossbow.

Orb adores birds! She sometimes uses her gear (which allows her to see different places) for birdwatching.

Orb tailored some of his own clothing himself.

Actually, they're pretty good at hand-making their own stuff! If you were to buy something from their shop, there's probably a small chance that it was something Orb made for fun.

While Orb does fortune telling services, he, in fact, can't actually see into the future. Her predictions are solely educated-guesses based on what she's learned about the inphernal already (which they usually have quite an easy time doing, whether or not the inphernal realises that), and are often vague enough for confirmation bias to give the impression that their predictions were true.

Orb definitely indulges in some gossip, especially with how easy he can access information about others thanks to his gear. Sometimes they might start a couple light rumours just to see how it plays out.

While she knows how to keep a secret, if you cough up enough bux they maybe will give a few hints. But there are some cases where he'll certainly keep his mouth shut.

Orb carves their horns every now and then, their horns are naturally rough in a way (sort of like Voidstar's horns), and prefers to have them smooth.

Speaking of horn carving, Crossbow sometimes helps him with it, not very needed, but it's a nice bonding experience. :]

Of course, I respect a good old-fashioned scam. I do love a shopkeeper oc... (guy whose main p! oc is a shop owner voice) ohoho... interesting... I wonder what drove her to become this way, or was he always like this.... is it a shield of protection or a reflection of who they really are... fascinating...

Also yayy! Crossbow! ... ouhhh that's so sweet....did the feathers Crossbow give him come from the same oziphrage as Crossbow's mask?...
