because i’m curious what’s on others’ minds and because my brainrot is so real it’s not funny anymore.

Get to know the blogger, via five different ships from five different fandoms!
Thanks @sky-kenobye for the tag! Answers under the cut for length~~
Obi/Ani/Rex
Anyone who’s been following me long enough knows I’m absolutely feral about Anakin Skywalker. That is my blorbo, my poor little meow meow, my babygirl. I love Anakin to bits.
As this is a SW blog, I will start with the SW ship, lol. Honestly, as much as I love Obikin, my actual SW ship is an OT3 of Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Rex actually it’s an Anakin polycule, but I’ll try not to get ahead of myself here, lmao
I’m more quietly insane about Obi-Wan and Rex. Quiet, because there are a lot of louder voices surrounding them in fandom space, ones I don’t necessarily agree with, so I prefer to keep most of my opinions to myself and sprinkle them into my writing instead.
But I love these three together. I love their chemistry, their history, the way they care for and love each other. The way they hurt each other. The way they trust and betray each other. It’s delicious and beautiful and I am here for it.
Spuffy
Spuffy is my ride or die otp. One of the first to ever make me obsess hard enough and read fanfic even. I love the characters of Spike and Buffy so very much, separately and together. I could go on and on for hours about both of them, or about BtVS in general. I’ve seen the show countless times, and plan on watching it countless times more. It’s my favorite media of all time.
SN: I have a BtVS au with Anakin as the Slayer in the works, actually; I love the lore of BtVS and how much I can expand on it and perfectly intertwine it with my current fave thing.
McKirk (AoS)
I will preface this by saying, I don’t care what people say. AoS Trek means everything to me, and is the entire reason I got into Star Trek. The third movie is my comfort movie, and I will defend it with my dying breath. Thanks to the fucking fantastic and inspired performances from Chris Pine and Karl Urban, I will forever ship James Tiberius Kirk and Leonard ‘Bones’ Horatio McCoy.
Alrighty time to get more controversial! Maybe?
JayDick (DC)
Jason Todd and Dick Grasyon are my DC babies. I’ve been obsessed with them for years, and though I refuse to read many of their more modern runs for petty reasons, I still hold them as my favorite characters. And as one of, if not, my favorite DC ship.
I do not, and have never, viewed them as familial. Not like I view Dick with Tim, Cass or Damian. Not in the slightest. Sorry, not sorry.
They have far too much chemistry and contempt and issues and potential to not be shipped together, imo. And I love them. Perfect enemies to lovers. I’m a sucker for Jay’s softer side coming out around Dick, and Dick’s darker tendencies being tested around Jay.
But, that said, I am SO picky about how they are depicted in fics, that I’ve avoided reading so much of their fic content for years, lmao.

Sora/Young Xehanort
So, yeahhh, Kingdom Hearts consumed my life for years. It’s always on the back burner, waiting for the next game’s release date. And it’s the closet I come to anime.
I never liked Riku and Sora together, romantically. Or Sora and Kairi. I love enemies to lovers. Young Xeh was a little cunt who flirted with Sora in that villainy way. DDD ruined me. Me and @sovereignslash shipped them jokingly once, and that spiraled and evolved into the ultimate OTP. Now we live in the most rare pair hell to ever exist.
We created a whole post KH3 time travel fix-it au for this to work, cus we are that deluded and devoted to this damn ship.
But oh well.
So, yeah!
I am utterly devoted to all five of these ships, and the characters within them. And, so you all know, if I ever make a side blog for another fandom, it will be for one of these ships or characters. XD
I love football. When I was in high school I played every Friday night. I would practice all week anticipating the moment when I would walk up on the sideline of the field to do my part: being a player on an amazing team, executing what was expected of me. The only problem was I wasn't a football player. I was in the marching band!
It wasn't until I was married and 25 before I had the build to actually play football. In high school I was 6'1 and if you hosed me down I might have pushed one-hundred seventy-five pounds. From video games and the NFL I knew all the rules, all the aspects of the game, and would fantasize about being on the field during the actual game and not halftime. Our team was exceptional, and made the post-season almost every year.
But that's because our head football coach had a plan. Can you imagine a football coach that didn't have a playbook? He would be very frustrated: knowing where the goal line is but not having the ability to reach it. Every play would be an exercise in futility. The other team would see the miscommunication and anarchy and quickly capitalize on their lack of preparation. The coach would be a colossal failure, and unless there was an accidental miracle, the team would never expect to reach the end zone.
How frustrating for the team! Imagine that: the players would be left fending for themselves and never reach their full potential. They would be flailing about on the field and have to undergo snap after snap without any direction or purpose. Monotony would set in as a prelude to failure.

I use that as an example because it is both ridiculous and nonsensical, and yet that is the exact methodology of many leaders in the church today. Why is it that so many church planters and pastors function in their churches and ministries with the same attitude and approach? We have so much more to win than a trophy or ring. There is more at stake than our pride or ball club. We aren't crossing a goal line. We have been entrusted with the most important news ever given. And yet we find ourselves stuck when it comes to identifying, raising up, and sending out leaders.
What is your game plan for raising up leaders?
In this book, we are going to look at Five Ships. These are simple steps that each and every church can begin to implement today, no matter what size, what denomination, what philosophy of ministry. It begins with a healthy evaluation of everyone entrusted to our care. It is designed to move people quickly, safely, and wisely from ship to ship, and then begin the process all over again.
Football isn't impossible to figure out. You just need a plan. And identifying, training, and sending leaders isn't impossible either. Let the Five Ships be your new playbook.
As we investigate this training method, we will be introduced to a fictional scenario involving two churches, two pastors, and several families who learned how valuable it is to have a strategic plan for developing people. The stories that begin each section may be made up, but their narrative is played out in thousands of churches currently around the United States and beyond. For many, their story is also our story. In each chapter we will also learn a principle about each ship, a few "Questions to Consider," how to "Get on Board" the ship, as well as resources to "Move People On" to the next Ship.
It's time to create a game plan. A plan that doesn't kill you or your church. A plan that effectively identifies, raises up, and trains everyone in your church for greater discipleship.
Thanks @jules85 for the tag. I usually don’t do these because I’m an odd ball it seems. I don’t ship much especially predetermined couples because yea they followed the script and I’m so surprised!
1. Olicity: Oliver Queen x Felicity Smoak
2. Bones’s Temperance Brennan x Seeley Booth
3. Dyla John Diggle x Lyla Michaels
4 Romy Rogue and Gambit
5 Rogue and Magneto
These are my favorite three TV couples. I found myself becoming a shipper because of Olicity and then I just thought of other TV couples that are good together hence the first three and as for Rogue (comics): In actually I like Rogue with anyone. (Also not a big TV fanatic.)
I was tagged by @nourgelitnius to list the five ships I would go down with.

Thanks for tagging me @jillypups!!! xoxo Okay…I’m new to shipping and the thing that made me realize it’s even a thing is 1. Sandor and Sansa, ASOIAF. Beauty and the beast trope is my fucking ride or die, and this is to the max. They are my endgame, and it’s visceral for me…it feels like it really will be in the books. Also, the best fanfic I’ve read is by sansan writers. :) 2. Jaime and Brienne, ASOIAF. Like I said, B&B is my ride or die. 3. Katniss and Haymitch, Hunger Games…damn…told you I have a pattern. hahaha 4. Ben and Leslie, Parks and Rec. I just loved them. I loved that they were dorks that found each other. Perfection. 5. Chloe and Lucifer, Lucifer tv show. They just need to fuck. @ladycyprus @devilsbastion @tigerofsummer @asimplylucia @bluecichlid @naturesinmyeye @bighound-littlebird @kitharington @maroucia
sorry this got lost in the shuffle @luv2sing76 !!!
1. Strandor...because there is no harder ship in ASOIAF than Sandor and his horse ;)
2. SanSan...because i like them together in spirit and as a nod to Beauty & The Beast
3. Desmond and Penny...i just rewatched Lost and if that wasn’t the whole “i’ll do better for you if it takes me time-traveling like a ping pong ball to do it even though i don’t know what the hell i’m doing” schtick until we arrive at the end and learn that Desmond is everyone’s constant...did it make sense? meh.
4. Capt. Flint and Long John Silver, Black Sails...yeah, it’s there, i want to see them dance (albeit clumsily with that peg-leg) and kiss
5. Vanessa Ives and John Clare, Penny Dreadful...not as a romance, but as companions...the scenes they had together were heart-wrenching and beautiful agony...the monster deserves pure kindness
