Got up this morning and whilst Edward was at golf lessons I went for a run in the rain. I’m not running lots at the moment but this was a good way to drain down the champagne tank and do it fasted. I ate about 12:30pm with some soup and protein and cottage cheese. Smacked on some cottage cheese and chicken this afternoon and had chicken salad for dinner. I’ve really focused on not going off the boil after drinking booze last night- I think this actually only makes me feel lots worse. Went and had a sauna and salt spa this afternoon again to detox but via perspiration and I’ve drank loads and loads of fluids- detox through urination!
