What kind of dæmons would the characters from umw have?

ok ok um for UMW specifically
Enjolras: my immediate thought is LIONESS but that’s a bit impractical so maybe something a little smaller - like a serval or an ocelot? She’d be so fierce and aloof (just like him) but also secretly crave the snuggles (just like him)
Combeferre: a great horned owl, she’d be very wise and she’d strike from above to murder anything that attacked him when he was still a hunter in the field, also the two of them give matching judging stares
Jehan: a raven, because a death omen daemon is oh-so-very Romantic and on-brand, and also they are clever and a bit misunderstood, much like Jehan. I think she’d be able to travel further away from him than the average person’s daemon so long as they were connected mentally, and it would freak a lot of people out
Grantaire: who EVEN knows, wow. if we’re assuming that an angel would even have a daemon, I think that a) they would not take an animal form unless they were on Earth and their default form would be something terrifying and celestial, like the many-eyed beings that angels themselves are sometimes described as, b) they would not be tethered to their angel in the same way as a regular daemon is to their human and they would be able to be as far apart as they liked, and c) they would never lose their ability to shape-shift even when on Earth and would not be limited to animal forms. With this in mind, Grantaire’s daemon would have to do just about as much pretending as Grantaire himself while they were trying to pass as a regular human and daemon. I think they and Grantaire would pick a very innocuous animal form for them to inhabit - maybe something like a labrador, the most default of dogs. And they’d have to constantly remember not to stray too far from Grantaire or shape-shift in front of people lest they gave the whole game away.
Courfeyrac: a capuchin monkey, smart and cute and mischievous just like him
Joly: a capybara, she’d be super chill and help calm him down when he gets anxious
Bossuet: a black cat, just for the bad luck jokes
Cosette: a fennec fox, small but feisty
Marius: a blue footed booby just because, Marius
Bahorel: a rottweiler, strong but secretly soft
Feuilly: a smooth fox terrier. she and bahorel’s daemon would curl up together after hunts. I feel like dogs would be common among hunters because they wouldn’t attract attention but would be able to defend themselves in a fight.
