My HOTD Fixit! AU

I made this for my own sanity because I'm a nervous wreck :)

Alicent still marries Viserys I however her and Rhaenyra reconcile before she gives birth to Aegon.

Rhaenyra still sleeps with Criston however doesn't gallavant around fleabottom with Daemon. He does this with Laena instead.

Otto runs his mouth about Laena and Daemon and gets sent away because the last thing Viserys needs is to piss off House Velaryon.

Rhaenyra marries Ser Harwin and Lynol Strong becomes Hand of the King.

Daemon and Laena marry and separate their time between Driftmark and Kings Landing.

Aemond (roughly 10 years old) loses his eye during training with Criston (because he's known for his restraint) Criston Cole is executed.

Alicent, Rhaenyra and Laena raise their children together with Daemon leading the Valyrian studies because these kids (especially Alicent's) need to know their Valyrian heritage.

Harwin leads the boy's combat training and threatens them with Daemon training them if they misbehave. Baela also joins sometimes.

Viserys I passes away whilst Alicent is pregnant with Daeron. Rhaenyra ascends the throne keeping Lynol Strong as her hand. Alicent is an advisor alongside Rhaenys with Corlys being the Master of Ships.

Laena unfortunately passes away after commanding Vhagar. Her twins are about 12 years old.

Rhaena tries to claim Vhagar under supervision a month after her mothers funeral however she is unsuccessful but unhurt.

Aemond claims Vhagar approximately 6 months after Laena's death again under supervision.

Jacerys and Helaena are betrothed with Jace being the heir to the Iron Throne.

Aemond and Rhaena are betrothed. They will soon inherit a sizable Manse and land within the Crownlands once they are married and of age.

Baela is betrothed to a Velaryon cousin and is the heir to Driftmark.

Aegon is suprisingly good at sums and aids the Master of Coin and advises over the coffers of Dragonstone and the Manse in the Crownlands.

Lucerys is the heir to Harrenhall.

Joffrey and Daeron are a pair of gremlins.

Daemon has long since taken on a brother role to Alicent; he's a blessing and a curse.

Otto remains exiled to Oldtown.

Aemond gifts Rhaena a pink dragon egg when they begin courting. The egg hatches on their wedding day; she's named Morning.

I just discovered Lobelia means “malevolent” or something like that in flower language.

And the tea is particularly hot at Erebor when Bilbo mentions it to Thorin (who is rightly offended by her existence especially after meeting her in Bag End), so from then on in dwarven legends there’s a special new word in their vocabulary to indicate malevolent and overall terrifying people. But no information could be found in regards of the origins of such term in the first place.

When Gimli discovers from Frodo that he has a “Lobelia” in his family, he begins to look at Frodo with a tinge of horror and a great deal of respect for dealing with such a horrible creature all on his own.

Frodo: “oh well, it’s nothing really. you should have heard her screams when I found her stealing our cuterly when I was just a kid”

Gimli: “and... what did you do?”

Frodo: “I forced to give it back, obviously.”

Gimli: “all by yourself?!”

Frodo: “well, uncle Bilbo chased her around the house with a ladle in hand.”

Gimli: “His Majesty sure was blessed with the bravest of hobbits.”

AU where wwx was in the streets with Shen Jiu and Yue Qi. I think a doting Shen Jiu would be cute

adding: this is going to be such an amazing fix it scenario for SJ and YQY!!!!!!! and SJ is totally that person who’d be all snarls and hisses but would be the first one to defend his found family like this /sobs but he’s going to be denying that he’s soft for the kid
