My #blottedlip broke and stained both my favorite shirt and backpack @colourpopcosmetics I will be reaching out to see what can be done about this, it's my first time using my blotted lip outside of swatching at home and it broke right away..... #queenofcoils #thisfuckingsucks #fixitplease #mymakeupbroke #shittyday the shade is drip and it's utterly unusuable now as it won't stay in its packaging so I can't apply it to my lips #fixthiscolourpop Both of my blotted lip products have broken and will not go back into there containers thereby making them unusuable so I have now thrown them away . The ultra blotted lip formula is patchy and doesn't look good at all in real life and I have tried every menuever  possible to make this work. I just want my money back for the purchase since I've thrown out the products since they don't work. I also got my shirt and back pack stained when the blotted lip fell apart mid event for me and fell onto my things staining everything it touched and I haired to not have my stain remover pen . I was hoping these would be my summer wear everyone seems to love them? Here’s how you get out of a honoring a guarantee. @americanexpress has an AmexTravel site that offers a “lowest price” guarantee on a hotel. With that assurance, I booked a hotel, and sure enough, found a lower price elsewhere. To submit my claim, I needed to use this claim form on the site, which gathers the relevant information. Well, the dates of the reservation are of course, in the future, which would be in 2017, but the only allowed dates on their claim page (https://faq.amextravel.com/app/ask_lpg) lists 2014-2016. The validating logic on the page prevents the user from going any further forward in the process without a year, and if one puts in the wrong year (as in the past), it is automatically of course rejected. At the moment, this error in the form is still uncorrected. I have been on hold on the phone for over 2 hours trying to resolve this claim. Of course, since price quotes are time sensitive, if this takes too long, the lower price may no longer be valid. No wonder hardly anyone claims the guarantee - the process is beyond inconvenient. Devious?
