ORGANIC CARROT SEED CARRIER OIL
It has a high concentration of moisturizing ingredients, allowing it to penetrate deep into skin layers and seal moisture and sustenance inside skin tissues. This reduces flaky and dry skin, which can help cure illnesses such as eczema and dermatitis. Vitamin E in Pure Carrot Seed Carrier Oil protects skin from depletion and damage. It has moisturizing characteristics and Vitamin E, making it a nourishing and fortifying oil. Its slow-absorbing nature moisturizes and strengthens the scalp from the roots. This not only strengthens the hair, but also makes it frizz-free, smooth, and lustrous. It also helps to brighten dull patches and black stains on the skin, giving it a young appearance.
PURE FRACTIONATED COCONUT OIL
Its emollient nature is the cause for less dandruff. Its moisturizing properties and deep penetration result in a well-nourished and moistened scalp. Regular use of Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil minimizes the likelihood of dandruff and prevents moisture loss in the scalp. It penetrates the scalp and moisturizes it from within. It also inhibits moisture loss from the hair shaft, which produces shinier and frizzier hair. It can give your hair a smooth, frizz-free finish with a hint of shine on top. Many experts now recommend using fractionated coconut oil as a lubricant. It has just the proper amount of Slick, and because it is natural, it is gentler on the skin.
30 days without fizzy pop…
My skin looks better. My teeth are considerably whiter. My overall appearance is somewhat less bloated. AND the scales confirmed that I have lost half a stone… That’s just what happens when you go pop free for 30 days. The weekend marked my 30th day without any kind of fizzy drink and I have to say this challenge was a whole lot easier than I ever imagined. I had read that as a regular fizzy pop drinker I would experience some kind of sugar withdrawal symptoms and intense cravings, but I can honestly say that bypassing the carbonated drink barely even crossed my mind. In fact if anything I only experienced the positives of quitting the fizzy drink habit. So have I kept up the fizz free lifestyle nearly a week later? Yes and No. I’ll admit I have had a glass since the weekend but more out of morbid curiosity and whether the drink would taste as insanely sugary as others said it would after taking the break, (it does - teeth rottingly sweet you might say!). But I haven’t been in a rush to have another glass, in fact I have happily carried on this week just sticking with my water and squash. Did I really lose weight because I gave up diet soda? I honestly don’t know. Admittedly over the last thirty days I have also been swimming regularly, (3 times a week), and eating fairly well, (although I have still allowed myself one treat per day), so you could argue that this may have had more of an impact that the pop. However, I have been trying to shift this half a stone for some time with very little success, and I am not unknown to swim and eat well, the only thing that was completely different was no pop. Was there a time when not drinking pop was a massive inconvenience? YES!!! Despite some restaurants, bars and pubs offering cordial alternatives, I have found that many chains don’t. I was in one well known pizza place the other week and my none fizzy drink alternatives were wine, (defies the point!), milkshake, (how heavy?), or a litre of mineral water, (I’m not a camel!!). So perhaps moving forward I may find myself caving to a diet coke out of ease when dining, but wouldn’t it be nice if more soft drinks were offered?
