Plushie(friend) / Stuffie(friend)
ID in ALT
a flag for when you use plushiefriend, plushie, stuffiefriend, stuffie, or similar in place of partner, boyfriend, or girlfriend. this doesn't have to be exclusively
based on my plushie (alterbeing) flag [link], specifically for people who are not regressing or transitioning to stuffie, but simply are, though open for any plushie or stuffie to use.
SAPPHFRIEND
ID in ALT
a flag for when you use sapphfriend (or saphfriend or saph) in place of partner, boyfriend, or girlfriend. this doesn't have to be exclusively
specifically intended for those who are sapphicgender / sapphinoic, but open to any who identify with it.
I couldn't find a flag for this so I made one! if one already exists consider this a redesign.
SAPPH FLAG

specifically intended for those who are sapphicgender / sapphinoic, but open to any who identify with it.
OriButch, OriFutch, OriFemme
ID in ALT
flags & terms for when:
you're [label]* in both gender & sexuality
your sexuality is heavily influenced by your butch/futch/femme gender
you are [label]gender + [label]sexual
you are [label] in all aspects (gender, modifier, presentation label, sexuality/orientation, relationship or social role, & more)
any other reason similar but unlisted
*here [label] is a stand in for butch/futch/femme, whichever is applicable.
This can also have other names, total[label], [label]orientationgender, gender[label] for a few. Anyone who uses any of these, uses just [label], or any other version, may use this flag. no need to use my coining.
What having butch, futch, or femme as an orientation means is individual to each person so i'm not going to bother to define that here. If you feel like this is a way you could describe your sexuality & gender then it is for you.
Based off off these flags (link)
we just made a good bunch of flags... gonna probably post them across our accounts. some are aromantic specific :> & that's not my thing so much lol
URSA - BUTCH URSA
ID in ALT URSA, aka ursula, ursete, ursette, bearette A feminine / sapphic / lesbian / woman or otherwise personally aligned alternative to "Bear" for fat, hairy, or otherwise bearish people who do not chose to be called bear for any number of reasons. (specificity, dysphoria, community, etc.)
Not all ursa's are butches but theres a lot of overlap (incl. my butch) so i also made an ursa butch flag!
flags open to ANYONE who ids as an ursa for ANY reason! gender, being, sexuality, whatever.
I made this for my wife! All existing versions of the ursa flag either a) made being an ursa into a 'maternal & caring' thing, (something that to me felt sexist since bear as a term is just about physicality & isn't about personality & certainly not something so tied to expected womanhood,) b) was explicitly or implicitly only for lesbians, and again, bear/ursa is about body type. not personality or sexuality. If ursa is tied to either of those things for you that's great! but i didn't want them inherent in the flags.
The left flag, the ursa flag, is more directly based on the bear brotherhood flag as it is, flipped with a more purple color theme. The right flag, the butch ursa flag, is a combination of that & the general accepted butch colors as well as some of the original bear stripes as it ties in the gay/queer masculinity of the bear label.
idk if I've complained ab this before but it's kinda annoying how many boy/girl (& tbh even women) gender terms there are next to how few man gender terms there are...
almost like there's some sort of... anti trans masculinity that stops people from claiming manhood & masculinity while trans & that pushes transmasc ppl to infantizlize themselves
+
the fact that trans people don't get as old as often...
so like. I get it. but we deserve terms to. but like. fuck it. ig I have to coin them myself
