Honestly i get it, I do. I have a whole list of things I do like this and I am always trying to reframe them into, hey, how can I turn my ADD into a superpower so I can harness the energy of the sun and make it powerful and help me succeed rather than hold me back. It’s a constant thing and I get it.

Why don’t you plan to something else in London in the same day? So you’ve got something to go to after, the whole day isn’t about that and if it doesn’t go well you can treat yourself :) I get the anxiety thing myself, I really hate the whole online dating thing too but you won’t lose anything by going :)

I thought of that but I have so many things to organise (yes, I know, what a social butterfly...) and I don’t know if I have any friends free that day... I know I won’t lose anything by going... except for regret at being such a loser and who knows... missing the love of my life? Actually, I don’t know if it going well would be worse. I just have no idea what I’m meant to be doing.

I mean... maybe I actually don’t want to date someone? If the prospect of doing so makes me so anxious! And not in a good way.

@flamedash No idea if it's your thing or not; I can't make that call! I think it's the best TV show I've ever watched and one of the very, very few I can watch over and over again and still enjoy and it makes me feel better whatever is happening. But everyone's taste is not my taste!

It aired live on the ITV coverage of the opening ceremonies about an hour or so ago and I’ve been repeatedly searching youtube so hopefully it’ll be circulating the internet soon. There’s a clip from it on the Telegraph’s website but they’ve cut it around Harry’s cameo and nothing else.
