I headcanon him as trans alright, he gave birth to rose, and tried to hide his pregnancy, along with hiding the stretch marks and floppy (idk how else to word it) belly he had after the birth, he wants a top surgery eventually, when rose is older. And yes, Mia and Ethan are t4t. Mia is farther along in her transition journey then he is. (He was on T before he got pregnant ofc, and stopped for the pregnancy and for the first few months of Rose's life, then he started again, since she is formula fed.)

I have no clue how to draw stretch marks, give me a break, I will learn probably, ethans dysphoria makes it hard to have done skin to skin contact with rose when she was very little, so Mia kind of helped with that part, eventually he got comfortable doing skin to skin.

(I am NOT very good at anatomy, trust the process)

Spoiler alert, all of leon and chris' children were platinum blond for the first like 6 years of their life or so, then it gets darker.

She has Leon's eye color and chris's hair as a teenager, and adult
