16. How do they like their eggs?
Sunny side up - or at least, that’s how he remembers his mother making them before..ahem. As he grew older and his duties became more pressing in nature, he preferred them hard boiled so he could - quite literally - eat them on the go if the need so arose.
As a wandering criminal part of an international organization, he rarely has time for a proper breakfast, let alone consider a preference in cooked eggs.
Considering an AU timeline; Poached - less messy that way. Tea and dumplings take a priority over eggs though.
Let’s conveniently sidestep the fact that he can never make the perfect damn egg in either timeline/verse.
17. How do they like their toast?
Medium-brown with light butter.
19. What are they like as a neighbor?
Quiet and convenient. Itachi likes to keep to himself, though early mornings and delayed dusks might see him enjoying a nice walk or two - during which interactions are welcome and consequently reciprocated.
The older sibling aura/vibe runs strong in this one - he wouldn’t turn a neighbor away if they come knocking at his door at three in the morning. He would, however, question said neighbor’s sanity or lack of.
20. How do they behave when confronted with deadlines?
Efficiently. Itachi works well with deadlines, they provide him with a practical time frame. He’d rather get things done well beforehand than leave them for the last minute.
Of course, with the amount of work he gets himself tangled into at times, he barely skims the deadline - not that anyone can tell. This Uchiha is the picture of calm with the occasional eyebrow twitch recurring as the deadline gets nearer.
During such times, it’s advisable to steer clear of the over-worked-borderline-panicked Uchiha. He won’t yell at you, or turn you away but he will silently, exasperatedly, stare a hole through your skull as a wordless plea to let him focus (said stare turns into a deadpan if you happen to be a certain curly haired cousin).
21. What’s the weirdest thing you’re likely to find in their room?
A calligraphy set with the occasional ink smear marring the floor - one that he’s tried time and time again to clean but to no avail.
In an alternate verse; old journals and faded parchment along with the occasional skewer. Don’t ask how it got there.
22. What fictional character do they relate to the most?
Canon wise, Matsuo from Japanese folklore.
Alternatively, Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin.
23. Do they like raisins in their pastries? If no, will it stop them from eating it?
Raisins in a pastry, in his opinion, are the epitome of ruining a good dessert and anyone who commits such a vice ought to have their baking license revoked.
Will it stop him from eating it though? Of course not. It’s a pastry.
24. When forced to do a group project with other people, what role do they usually play?
The researcher. He doesn’t mind doing the hard work, even if said role doesn’t reap much credit - the objective of completing a project retains priority.
He might be the presenter too, primarily because he knows how to manipulate an audience. Cough.
