When Blaze, Amy, and Silver decide they want a kid together, they struggle with the steps, eventually asking Tails for help. Flare is the first test tube baby and the oldest in the new generation! He's the next in line for the thrown in the Sol Kingdom. He inherited Blaze's fire powers but, they're strongly related to his emotions, so he has to be very careful to keep himself in control. He also has very weak telepathic powers from Silver and is pretty strong, physically.
Flare holds the 'Fly' position in Kiks' team, using his minor psychic powers to levitate short distances. He's not always available or all that helpful, he tends to show up, not do much, and leave again as he's busy with royal duties. He takes his position extremely seriously, to the point where his friends have had to 'kidnap' him in order to force him into a break.
His parents do worry about his perfectionism and seemingly high stress, but he continues to assure everyone around him that he's ok.
Flare lives in the Sol Kingdom with his parents and siblings, now that he's sixteen, he's preparing for the ceremony where Blaze will pass the duty of the Sol Emeralds protector down to him.
