How do we know the earth isn't flat?

If it were flat, cats would have already pushed everything off of it.

It makes me sad when people write-off quiet or contemplative characters as flat or boring. I mean, not every character has to be loud or over the top to keep people’s attention.  As a quieter person myself, I like to see characters who are more introverted or emotionally distant take the lead once in a while. I find them very relatable and intriguing.
