WITCH TIP #1
Need to charge your crystals but don’t know if the ones you have can be put in the sun?
Put them in a bowl of salt!!
This acts as a double point system, purifying/cleansing your crystal, as well as giving it a little boost of energy!

It occurred to me that I should write down the lunar phases on quick-reference sheets so that I don’t need to break out my big notebook every time I want to check and see if I’m doing things right. Yes, it’s been a long time coming but I finally did the damn thing. I’m really enjoying this process of familiarizing myself with the craft—next on my list is to do sheets for the wheel of the year and perhaps correspondences after that.
Introduction!
Blessed be everyone! It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Sarah, and I am the owner of this accoun @ladyofthetide ! Here I will be documenting my journey with witchcraft. I will also be compiling and reposting this posts as a way to remember and keep spells I wanna try out.
Here are some fun facts you should know about me:-
- I am a Gemini sun, Libra moon and acendant.
- I am a baby water witch, but I mostly work with the ocean.
- My favorite colors are white, black, beige, and all shades of blue
- I also like to practice lunar magick, glamours, and want to start working with dream magick!
- I am female and use the pronouns she/her.
- I'm in the broom closet so I am very limited in my ability to practice my craft.
anyways I hope we can be friends! Thank you for reading. Have a wonderful blessed day ~
hello I was wondering if it’s possible to celebrate the sabbats even if you’re not wiccan?
Definitely! I’m not Wiccan at all and I celebrate most of the sabbats✨ for me it’s about observing and honouring the natural cycles of our planet. For others it’s about honouring specific deities. It’s completely up to you how and why and what you’re celebrating when it comes to the sabbats ✨
I’m so proud right now
Recently I took on my friend as a student. He’s been learning witchcraft for about a month or two now and I’ve gone over the basics with him, trying to give him a firm foundation, and gauging his interest to better help him take his first steps on his path. He has an interesting idea of what he wants to pursue, and I haven’t seen many do something like it, and that’s the path of a fitness witch. He’s always been really into health and fitness, so magick that focuses on healing and strengthening the body along with the soul is right where he wants to be, and I think it’s a pretty cool concept. With that, he’s been gravitating towards green witchcraft and kitchen witchcraft, because half of health is what you put into yourself, so he wants to start growing his own healthy meals next spring and have a better connection to his garden. So the point of this post is this. A little while ago he sent me this message:
So I just scratch made pretzel bites and tried to infuse love and my energy into everything and it must have worked because my parents stopped fighting (they both quit smoking recently) and the pretzel bites disappeared in about 3 seconds because everyone said they’re so good. Lol
I’m so proud of him right now! He’s been learning a lot and is totally insatiable when it comes to asking about everything. I’m so glad that he was able to work a simple spell and get such a positive outcome, and I think he’s really found that core concept in kitchen witchery. He’s got a long way to go, but I’m happy these first steps on his path have been so positive.
hello!
i am a new witch looking for some other friendly witches! i love learning new things so please feel free to reach out!

We're starting a Coven!!!
Max and I have talked about this before, and finally decided that today was the day that we started our very own coven.
We're calling it Lithia (because we first met on the first day of litha and lithia is a beautiful name) and we invite anyone from the ages 13-16 to join! I created a questionnaire for you to fill out if you wish to join (if you are of age, of course) and it's going to be hosted mainly over Skype.
To join you MUST have a Skype account and be willing to Skype call so we can perform spells or rituals, and a group chat will be opened for everyone who is in the coven. We hope that you will have time to celebrate the Sabbats with us and your fellow witches. You DO NOT have to be Wiccan to join, everyone is included.
Here is the questionnaire, and we should get back to you within a few days.

Thank you so much for your support, and we hope that if you are too old to join, you spread the word so more fledgling witches can learn the craft safely and with other fledglings!
Blessed be!
- Max and Emma
Well I came out to my boyfriend that I am a fledgling witch/baby witch/starting out and he laughed at me, but was supportive and said if it made me happy then go ahead and do whatever I want. He felt bad for laughing so I am thankful even though my partner and I have different views, he still accepted me.
Is anyone in the witch community okay to chat about getting started and furthering my education/terminology? I am currently trying to start my own recipe book/spell book and seeing what kinds of stuff I can do. I can’t burn incense or stuff besides candles cause I live with my mom and she doesn’t know, and I want to look into getting a couple of crystals for good energy. My dad has a garden so I can possibly get herbs from him.
