“Hey there, handsome!” Edge grinned and sidled up to Tidus. “Been a while. How you been? What’cha been up to?”

“Then I feel like the luckiest guy in the world!” He wraps his arms around her tiny frame and lifts her up of the ground into the tightest hug. “Thank you”

“Oof!” She squeaks, attempting to hug Tier in return. It’s very difficult to get her arms around him when he was squeezing so tightly, but she managed. And survived. As soon as he eases up, she has a counter squeeze of a hug in store for him. He simply caught her off guard this time.

“No problem but- it’s my turn to squeeze now.” And she’s now at it, squeezing as hard as her arms could manage!

"I need a hug.."

   She opens her arms out towards the blond. “You’re in luck. I suddenly am in the mood to give hugs.” To further prove her point she holds her arms out towards him, ready to accept him into her arms. Gemiya states it as if it were a joke, but only to keep the mood at least a little light-hearted. Tier seems a tad downtrodden at the moment and perhaps the joke could help. If only by just a bit.

“No I haven’t. She refuses to talk to me…” He places his hands on his hips, looking around. “I’m still her guardian, you know? I have a job to do…” He says it with confidence but his expression told otherwise.

  “I mean, I guess, but she doesn’t-- wait, what?”   Had she heard that right? With a slight head tilt, she looked back at Tidus. So that’s why Yuna vanished? These two weren’t getting on? Since when?    Chuami fidgeted slightly where she stood. She felt like she should maybe have known about this already... but Yuna hadn’t said anything to her about it. Not that she was particularly close to Yuna, but still...   “She... refuses to talk to you? I’m gonna need some background on this... what happened?”

"We have to find Yuna! She could be anywhere at this rate"

  “Will you chill out? She can’t have gone far...”

  What a drama queen. Yuna could take care of herself - she was a big girl, and it’s not as if someone could have kidnapped her or anything.  Or was it?  ... Hadn’t she already been kidnapped in Luca once before? And she hadn’t gotten any better at blending in since then... anyone would know who she was, and if they saw she was alone, they might--  Suddenly, Tidus didn’t seem like such a drama queen after all.   “Uhh--! Okay, take it easy, don’t panic, we’ll find her, we just have to, uh... did you see which way she went!?”

"I-I want to get Yuna a gift, you got any ideas sir?"

His nose wrinkled up slightly, a bit of color tinting his cheeks, at the word sir. It felt strange on him. Even when he had— in truth— earned a title, few had ever used it. And then, too, it had seemed strange.

A moment passed and then he laughed, a gentle huff, and turned his gaze to meet Tidus’s properly. Hmm... It was a very good question, indeed. She seemed so happy already; there was likely little she needed. But, of course, that wasn’t what gifts were about.

     “ I think you’ve given her quite enough. ”, he teased, a subtle grin painting his lips.     “ But, let’s see... ”, he began again, suddenly more thoughtful. He bit his lip.     “ What about something simple? Like... flowers? ”
