wasn't there also a little bit of controversy over hikari's skin color in her concept artwork being yellow-toned? i don't believe that was ever acknowledged by you... i'm just intrigued about the situation

That 'controversy' was a discussion between me and a former friend. That was not public information. The fact you brought this up probably means you are in contact with them.

The color was not a controversy when she was entered for the contest.

I had given up art a long time ago. I wasn't motivated and had a very hard time using a drawing tablet.

But I'm proud to say I'm back in it again and I have officially looked up the tumblr flesh cloud because I genuinely needed it.
