So week one is (almost) over. Time to see the facts once again. I was a little bit nervous because I hadn’t done much training, not as much as I wanted to because of migraines. I do have to say that the FlexCore really is easy to use and actually a lot of fun to. Before this, for those who haven’t read previous messages, I used to run using the c25k app. I hated it! running definitely is not for me. Which made it impossible to keep going. Every time I resented it more and more. With the FlexCore it’s different. I like doing it and I even have to stop myself from repeating a exercise to much. The new stats: Presses: 50 seconds (resistance 2). [before: 30 seconds] Sit-ups: 150 seconds (resistance 2) [before: 120 seconds] Bridges: 90 seconds (resistance 2) [before: 60 seconds] Crunches: 140 times in 120 seconds (res. 2) [before: 90x in 90 seconds] Push-ups: 28 times in 60 seconds (res. 2) [before: 20x in 57 seconds] Aerobic: 15 minutes (resistance 2) [before: 3 minutes] Ab-tucks: 133 times in 120 seconds (res. 2) [before: 60x in 60 seconds]
Stating the facts
So the second day has arrived... I’m still loving the FlexCore.. It really seems a perfect fit for me and my every day life. Since I have to make a schedule myself I thought it would be a great idea to first start timing how long I could do a certain exercise. It would make it easier for me to see if I’m making progress down the line. Unfortunately I came up with this idea after having done the exercises a couple of time... so it really is a loose reference.. So here are the facts: -> Presses: 30 seconds (resistance 2) -> Sit ups: 2 minutes (resistance 3) the flexcore provided to much support on this setting so next time I will probably use resistance 2. -> Bridges: 1 minute (resistance 3) again to much support -> Push ups: 20 times in 57 seconds (resistance 3) -> Crunches: 90 times in 90 seconds (resistance 2) I’m really doubting this one, I didn’t feel my abdominal participating so next time I will use more resistance. -> Aerobic cycling: 180 seconds (resistance 2) -> Ab tucks: 60 times in 60 seconds (resistance 2) If anybody else is using the FlexCore to, I would really love to hear your experience using the device and your work-out facts.. Any help is welcome!

back in action!
So... it;s been a while.... again Sorry about that... I have a lot of excuses... you probably heart them all before.. Busy at work, sick, friends yada.. yada.. yada..I could go on but it’s not worth it. Let’s focus on getting back into shape. so because of my limitations when it comes to time (I work 47 hours a week) i just ordered the flex core 8.. I’ve had seen the device on a tv program and thought it might come in handy because I could exercise while sitting down.. and despite my busy work schedule.. this was actually something i could do... and would not dislike doing, For people who want to know more about the device I will post a link. Downside to the flexcore is, that it doesn’t come with a explained workout list/sets which tells you how long to do which kind of workout and what your repeat rate should be... So you have to do your self.. A bit of bummer since I’m not really good in figuring these sort of things out. We’ll see what happens... today I used it for the first time and so far so good!!! It’s fun, it’s easy and it supports you greatly during some of the exercises..
