Slowly working through my last year at uni and my only salvation is making a new vtm chronicle. It'll be a couple months before I run it, in the meantime I'm slowly drawing npcs. This is Emil- long standing prince of a fictional California city. Pleasant, mild mannered, but has several flaws that make it difficult to be in the same room as him for longer than a few minutes. He's a blast at parties.
