warriors of riftclan! i'm realizing that a lot of these cats are pretty difficult for me to draw because i just... never draw them, so i should really do more with these guys

Flintclaw is Viperclan's current deputy and the youngest deputy amongst the clans. He is extremely ambitious and hardworking, often jumping to take care of things himself rather than distribute tasks to his clanmates. A cat of few words but reliable and is often the one gone to for advice.

It's notable that as Wolfstar's eldest son, him being deputy continues with the dynasty in Viperclan. Although, Flintclaw has zero interest in having a mate and kits himself which means the chain will eventually break once he becomes leader.

He's rather proud of his scars as the major ones came during his first Run. While it wasn't a life threatening injury, it makes for quite the story to tell kits and apprentices.

did some doodles of riftclan cats last night and colored them today... i really like these. also used them to test some redesigns a little bit, i especially like pikapelt's (also i'm renaming her to cavernpool)

RiftClan warriors 1/2! The other half of them are the five younger warriors (which I’m almost done with!)

- Flintclaw! They’re a cool and collected hunter, quiet and observant and very hard to shake.

- Aspenfleck! A scout who is a bit of a gossip, wild and somewhat immature in comparison to her peers, but means well and just wants to have fun.

- Birdstalk! He’s shy and doesn’t like to make himself known very much. His life has been hard, orphaned at birth (his father died before he was born and his mother and sister died not long after kitting) and once avoided due to his odd sickliness and hyperactivity, but his fellow hunters have since made themselves his adopted family. 

- Chervilstep! A fighter and the son of Screestar, he’s confident, foolhardy, and a shameless flirt, much to the exasperation of his clanmates.

"You-You what?"

Tears streamed down Stardust's cheeks as they glared at Flintcall.

"I fed Daysoul those berries in your den. The Stars wanted her weakened, and I didn't know she'd be killed."

"You said those berries were for a rogue who needed to be chased out of the city."

"And I lied."

"Get out." Stardust's words were a whisper, then the roar of a lion. "Get out of my Clan!"

--Stardust is their birth name! They didn't want to take on a more traditional Clan name, as they rather liked their name.

--Flintcall was sent by StarClan to get rid of Daysoul, and was killed by Mangledheart when he attempted to sneak back into the territory.

--Their flower crown is their way of mourning / honouring Daysoul.
