I just got a job as a veterinary receptionist! In three months I start school so that come eight months I can start hands on training as an assistant. I'm so excited to finally be embarking on a career in life!

I really want to start training Flip to wear his flight harness so I can safely take him out more. He's so stubborn though. I don't have him clicker trained yet so maybe that should be the first step.

Any advice? Any tips on first clicker tricks I should start him on?

The shutting down of flip note hetna still upsets me . I wish there was an app that was flip note down to the ability to copy and steal audios and collab and whatever

I know you can like go on private servers but that’s not super accessible to everybody so having a new flip note would rock

I know grabbing things with their beaks and shaking them is pretty normal caique behavior but Flip (now about 6 months old) has started doing it to my finger which usually follows up with him regurgitating on me. He is becoming obsessed with trying to feed me. Flattering, but not healthy.

I'm trying to change how I play with him to not stimulate him like that so he drops the habbit.

In other news he's learning to whistle and yesterday we took him out on his first big day trip and he loved it! He really enjoys being out and I hope I can harness train him soon to make going out a less stressful experience for me.
