The level of noise in the bar was commonplace for the location he found himself in- he was there intentionally, of course, but the choice was spur of the moment. He knew why he had come, knew just who he would find there- but physically visiting the bar was purely spontaneous. The Doctor was entirely unsurprised when he spotted a certain Captain leaning over the bar-counter's surface, an assortment of drinks- both empty and full- before him.
Slowly, Ten made his way over- slipping soundlessly onto the bar-stool alongside Harkness and folding his arms in front of himself- glancing at the man beside him. "Hello, Jack." He started, a slight smile settling on his face, "Long time no see." It had been quite a long time since they had last spoken with one another- as they had parted ways after the occurrence with the Master and the Toclafane.
He was visiting out of loneliness over boredom. Jack was good company, and knew perfectly well how to cheer someone else up- Just what the Doctor needed.
