March! My birthday month!
This year marked a super disappointing birthday. I can’t even remember what the hell I did. think I went out for sushi with three of my friends to mark the occasion. I didn’t even throw myself a party like I do every year.
however, next year, I have an idea.
concept: I hold a mock funeral for myself (a la Empire Records) as my birthday party in 2016 and symbolically bury my hopes and dreams in the local cemetery (or my back yard, weather permitting)
then, upon arrival back home, I can be symbolically resurrected in a summoning circle with a shot of St. George Spirits' basil eau de vie
theme: a lot of Ouija board decor, a lot of liquor, because as a ghost I will consume many spirits. I'm also allowed to make weird noises and knock stuff over. a poltergeist, or just drunk? you decide!Everyone wear your best black and then bring your spiritualist gear for the afterparty. I'm gonna be knocking on tables and banging on walls.
