Trying to commit myself finally... after a long time of sitting on the fence... to getting my QLD tattooing liscence.. The application is absolute balls!! Not a thing about being able to actually tattoo on it..!! I'm an under the radar person.. and feel violated having to go on a police register because they can't 'control' the bikies..!!
