so if i'm understanding this correctly (and i probably am not):

-the us is saying the actual verbal inquiry was made by jordan's coach within 60 seconds but that it was registered as submitted by the judge until after the 60 second mark. their argument is the rules say coach must make verbal inquiry within 60 seconds so if she was within time limits it counts.

-cas is saying only the official time when inquiry is registered counts, seemingly not saying one way or the other if they agree jordan's coach verbally made the inquiry within 60 seconds but it was registered after.

-there's no receipts being released until cas releases their full decision.

-the general internet consensus is sabrina was never out of bounds, had she not gotten that deduction she shouldn't have she would clearly be the bronze medalist, and arguably is the most entitled out of the 3 for the medal. but because sabrina's mom messed up the inquiry it doesn't matter the judges got it wrong and her score stands.

-the internet is very much not in consensus about whether or not increasing jordan's dv was the right call or not by the judges on review, however they did accept the inquiry, review, and increase her score and no official body has called that into question. but because of the above timing thing it doesn't matter.

-ana's score was never touched

-romania wanted a three way medal but fig said no.

-jordan loses medal, sabrina remains off podium, ana has bronze now.

-the judges are just chilling without consequences watching the fallout of their own actions

-twitter was a mistake
