THIS IS A SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE AMAZING SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS OUT THERE! 🙌We all know that it’s not easy to run a small business, but in this time in the world, it’s at an entirely different level. Small business owners run on passion. We do this because we absolutely LOVE a product or service so much that we want to share it with the world. 👉As a small business owner in 2020 and 2021, it has come to major decision making. Yes, that’s typically our job, to make decisions. However, the decisions we are making now aren’t anything like we’ve had to make before. We are wondering each day if we are making the right choices because we know there are no right or wrong answers. Because of the pandemic, staff and clients are reevaluating all aspects of their lives, and shifting into their new normal. However, with those shifts, the small business owners are behind the scenes having to make bigger shifts and adapt in ways we have never had to adapt to before. 😃SO today, I just wanted to say hello, and post this picture in solidarity for all the small business owners out there trying to continue their missions while pivoting here, there, and everywhere.
