Model Evelyn Nesbit posing with a cat in 1901. These were used as advertising when Evelyn joined the hugely successful musical comedy Florodora.
She had a small part on the chorus as the 'little Spanish Maiden'. Evelyn was known as an artists model.
"Florodora" is an Edwardian musical comedy. After its long run in London, it became one of the first successful Broadway musicals of the 20th century.

Our own take on the #florodora 30ml gin 20ml lime juice Handful fresh raspberries 15ml sugar syrup Prosecco Lime slice, to garnish Raspberry, to garnish Method: In a shaker, combine raspberries and sugar syrup. Muddle. Add lime juice and gin to shaker - along with ice - and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
