so tomorrow is my boss's last day before she retires and i'm going to miss her so much so i decided to make her a set of poppy coasters since she loves flowers 🥹🥺😭

i followed nengurumi's free youtube pattern "crochet poppy flower tutorial" (youtube link in the replies!!) with some of my own modifications for the coasters themselves, and i freehanded the basket to hold them!

i used more of my sadly dwindling stash of k+c cotton yarn for the poppies (once again, rip joann's 🥲🥲🥲) and i used some hemp twine i had laying around for the basket!
