Took some flower pictures today
I don’t usually let myself just sketch the way I naturally do--really messy like this. Especially when trying to draw people. But I’ve been starting to follow the zine scene, out of curiosity, and @softandwarmzine has a contest going on to draw body-positive gajinka versions of flowers.
I like drawing flowers and plants a lot >_> So here we go.
She’s an orange cosmos, which is a flower I particularly love. They’re butterfly-attracting flowers, so I gave her butterfly wings. And of course she’s stargazing--one cosmos looking at another.
Nice to just sketch a bit and not judge my work as I go.
