Here is the corporate proof. The documents show the Piquet company, AUTOTRAC, is NOT fiscally in the clear.

It has several debts that are currently considered "Positive with Negative Effects". This language is code for: The company has massive debt, but collection is being delayed for legal reasons (collateral, judicial review, etc).

SEVERAL debts are labeled under “positive with negative effects”, with various dates of expiration.

Now, why are these debts on hold? Well, there might be a reason. You’re not gonna believe it…

… but Autotrac is literally SUING THE BRAZILIAN DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE RIGHT NOW. Over what? Income tax and profits!

They are actively using the court system to keep the debts from being paid. The Process Number is: 1010.2025.4.01.340

This active lawsuit (distributed to the court in September 2025) might be the reason the family company isn't bankrupt.

It confirms the corporate structure is consumed by litigation against the Federal Treasury.

Something weird going on bc all of a sudden you have IG gossip pages criticizing people for “mom shaming” Kelly when all anyone did was point out she shouldn’t be perpetuating the image of a “single devoted mom” when she has nannies, caregivers, and a multimillionaire bf to ensure the hard parts of parenting are outsourced

No one’s saying a mom can’t have a few nights off but in Kelly’s case she’s almost *never there* she’s not working, she’s partying—and btw her “work” is showing up to fashion week & influencer events, let’s not pretend like she’s out here fighting for her life in the corporate world

Moms deserve a break and they deserve their own lives

But Kelly continually lives her life as if she has no kids and only uses them as photo op props while employing multiple nannies to raise them (ex: she literally couldn’t remember that P drew her a pic in Nov 2025 and posted it in March 2026. She didn’t notice until she got called out. Super “attentive” mom right there)
