It’s a Porsche - they show the steering wheel with the logo. It’s very interesting though. If it’s a GT3 car, why it’s not Mercedes? Like for Verstappen.com. Is it a Porsche ad collab? Is it due to them working with ABH? Is it Porsche working with KP? I tried to find a sponsorship or connection to the Verstappen family and Porsche, but so far nothing. Jos drives a Skoda rally car, and that and the Porsche are part of VW group, but so is Audi and seat so it’s very far fetched. Max notably has his 911 gt as one of his first street cars. The gt3 team is amg and Ferrari (Thierry). Piquet sr has a Porsche in his collection, but no racing with them. The carfckers on f1blr would have mentioned if it would have been some one of a kind Porsche or a legendary racecar, but so far nothing. so another unmarked ad/collab?

On the bikini topic, I do agree is a cultural thing, for example when I (I’m from Latinamerica) was a baby my mom also didn’t put swimsuits on me for the pool, when I was a bit older she put some one piece swimsuits and until I was a teen that I started to choose my own swimsuits I decided on the two pieces.

Then again, there weren’t lots of cameras or glasses with hidden cameras, back then. The only evidence of that it’s my mom’s album that it’s on my procession no one else has access to my baby pics (thank god, I wouldn’t want a creep seeing me).

And maybe there wouldn’t be such a problem with the swimsuit if:

The mother didn’t had weird behavior with minors (I’m not talking just about Max but how she talks to her underage minions)

The mother didn’t had a background in feeding pdfs with her daughters inappropriate pictures (so much that the older ended in adult sites and even when she knew she decided to ignore and delete comments instead of taking actions)

The pics were going to stay in a safe environment instead of spreed on the internet by the paparazzi that the mother herself possibly called.

On Twitter people are saying if we think that way about a baby we are wrong, the shit is SOMEONE needs to think about the actions, cuz even if you aren’t going to think much about it there is a bunch people with access to internet that will, and not we are no blaming the baby or the victim, but having extra precautions for the baby to be safe specially when her parents are so public it’s what a normal adult (AND BOTH HER PARENTS) should be doing. Cuz yes there is a lot of good people but there are even more bad people.

Let's be honest, no one wears makeup during a race, at least not because the extreme temperatures would simply melt on the face and get in the way. But how would someone like MG, who's never really raced, understand that? She just wants to create an image that her minions will shove everywhere they can and can't.

I think, there is a very big difference on views if a child should or shouldn’t wear a bikini. Even about a toddler only wearing a bottom or nothing on the beach. That’s both cultural (siesta, not being out between 11-15, getting a beach cover, hat, tshirt on and sitting in the shadows, but also general body image and covering things in the society like sauna), climate dependent (Northern Europe is a waaay norther than many think, even southern Europe with the heatwave is norther- so UV is (was) a bit different here from the south of us or Australia) and a bit traditional sometimes due to many now parents grown up in an age with film photography (less danger digital pictures landing in bad hands so to say). Some of these things changed really significantly in the last 10-15 years with climate change and digital monsters. Monsters were there before, but normally you don’t leave a child under 12 alone in the sea either. So I would say it’s not necessarily a problem that a toddler wears a bikini. What I think is a problem it’s that in the open sea and water sometimes you need to be able to hold onto the bathing suit. Like they can slip away and it’s good that the material holds, to ‘fish them out’ to avoid drowning. The other thing why fashion should not be a priority with colors: a neon colored bathing suit is way more visible underwater then whatever cute pastel of the year. In case an accident is happening, this can be the difference between life and death. The best is a life vest, but for older kids even adults, or in the pool the color can save lives - it’s not rocket science. That’s why emergency suits for fishermen are also high vis orange - for example.

For those saying the child should be in a one piece swimsuit - would you say this if the child was a boy? Because little boys usually only wear bottoms on the beach. The idea that girls need to cover themselves more than boys do is rooted in the misogynist idea that we’re responsible for how predators see us and we shouldn’t perpetuate that

Both boy and girl toddlers/children should be in swim shirts/rashguards for UV protection outdoors at the very least
