It rules. Matthew Patel and Roxy deserve even more screen time
One of my friends stepped away while we were all playing Persona 2 together, so we joked that the party was just playing Uno in the corner while Tatsuya spaced out
This year I played: Formless Star
As expected of Splendidland, all the creatures were really charming and fun to find. The soundtrack was also very good. Give it a try if you've got an hour or two!
This year I read: The Mountain in the Sea by Ray Nayler
Pretty engrossing! I really liked its exploration of isolation and the recurring motif of the mind as a castle/physical structure. I don't think a book as made me tear up like this in a long time
2025 Secret santa gift art of Merengue from Animal crossing. I wanted to challenge myself with a more complicated perspective, so I'm grateful for Clip studio's 3D reference tools.
The cake and strawberries were a fun challenge too - I haven't drawn a lot of food before so the texture and shading took me a bit.
